About Us
Michelle Kenyon is a freelance photographer based in San Francisco, California, USA and Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico. She worked for over 20 years in the field of radiation oncology, spending the majority of her career as a healthcare executive in both community and academic medical centers. After a long healthcare career, she decided in November 2017 to pursue her passion for photography full time and opened her own small business. Michelle and her husband Ed split their time between San Francisco and Puerto Vallarta throughout the year, as do their cat, Maxie and dog, Ginger. Michelle loves to travel whether it be for work or pleasure, and her goal is to someday visit all 7 continents (2 more to go!). She volunteers as a photographer for Muttville Senior Dog Rescue in San Francisco. She also enjoys working out, reading a good mystery novel, studying Spanish, and watching the sunset in Puerto Vallarta with a nice crisp glass of champagne.
Edwin Young not only is Michelle’s partner in life, but occasionally he joins her on location to assist with tasks such as lighting and behind the scenes photos and videos for social media.
Ed has his Masters in Architecture and had a lengthy career in corporate real estate and facilities management, but is now enjoying retirement life.
